Cancellation Policy

A Spiritual Guidance Service will have to be scheduled in Advance to be considered General or Non-emergency " . Emergency Spiritual Guidance Services apply when the Spiritual Guidance Service is scheduled the "Same Day", this prioritizes your Spiritual Guidance Service for the current day, at the next available time slot. Booking will assure your time slot so it cannot be booked by another client. All Spiritual Guidance Services scheduled for the next day or further, General rates apply. Spiritual Guidance Services will have to be paid in full before we begin, Please keep in mind that you have 72 hrs to cancel any Spiritual Guidance Service for a full refund to apply. Spiritual Guidance Services canceled within 48 hrs will incur a Fee of half the service booked. Spiritual Guidance Services canceled the same day or no show will incur a Full Service Fee. If you need to reschedule please do so 72 hrs in advance.
